Immerse yourself in the art of flowers! This Sunday, Sept. 21, 2025 at noon, join us at Dynomite Farm for a hands-on Dahlia Bouquet Creation Workshop paired with gentle movement and a shared farm-to-table meal.

The Fall Equinox invites balance, reflection, and renewal. At Dynomite Farm, we gather among the dahlias to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the beauty of the season. This intimate workshop blends creative bouquet-making, mindful movement, and a farm-to-table lunch, offering space for your nervous system to settle and your creativity to bloom.

Through conscious awareness and embodiment, you’ll experience the pleasure of harvesting flowers, arranging with guidance, moving your body with care, and sharing a delicious seasonal meal in community. It’s a day of nourishment, creativity, and mindful discovery.
