At Dynomite Farm, we’re dedicated to bringing the beauty of our farm into your garden, one tuber at a time. Each dahlia tuber is hand-selected and packed with care to ensure it arrives at your door ready to grow and thrive. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process and timeline.
### Shipping Schedule by Zone
To give each tuber the best possible start, we ship according to planting zones, ensuring that they reach you just in time for your region’s planting window. All orders are sent out within 3-5 business days after the shipping start date for your zone.
– **Zone 1** (California, Florida, Hawaii)
*Shipping begins March 10, 2025*
– **Zone 2** (Southern States)
*Shipping begins March 24, 2025*
– **Zone 3** (Northern States)
*Shipping begins April 22, 2025*
Shipping Rates:
We use USPS for all orders, offering reliable 2-7 day delivery to ensure your tubers arrive safe and sound. Here are the updated rates for shipping:
– **Orders $0 – $14.99**: $9.70
– **Orders $15 – $49.99**: $12.70
– **Orders $50 and up**: $15.70
Special Shipping Requests:
If you’d like to request a specific shipping date (March 1st – May 15th), we’re happy to accommodate for an additional $5 fee. Please note, however, that selecting a date outside your zone’s standard shipping time is at your own risk. Dynomite Farm cannot be responsible for tubers that may be damaged due to early or late shipment.
Order Confirmation:
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send a shipping confirmation with a tracking number directly to your email. This allows you to follow your tubers’ journey from our farm to your front door.
Important Policies:
Returned Orders: If your package is returned to us for any reason, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you need the order re-shipped, standard shipping charges will apply.
Lost or Misplaced Packages: In the rare case your order is marked as delivered but can’t be located, please contact your local USPS office with the tracking information provided. Often, packages marked as delivered are safely waiting at your local post office. If we can verify delivery, any replacement would be at the buyer’s expense.
