FLOWER EXPERIENCES (U-CUT & WORKSHOPS)
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds on Flower Experiences. When you book an appointment with us, we reserve that time specifically for you and turn away other potential bookings.
Transfers Allowed
While we cannot offer refunds, you are welcome to transfer your booking to another person. If you’d like someone else to take your appointment, simply provide them with your booking confirmation details and let us know the name of the person who will be attending in your place.
Weather Cancellations
In the rare event that Dynomite Farm cancels your appointment due to severe weather or unsafe conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
TUBER & BULB SALES
For dahlias, tubers, and bulb purchases, please refer to the specific refund policy on our Tuber Shop page for detailed terms and conditions.
FARM STORE PRODUCTS
