Overview

Dynomite Farm is a small, seasonal farm. By placing an order or booking an experience on our website, you agree to the terms below.

Products & Orders

All products and experiences are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, update offerings, correct errors, and cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

Live Plants

All live plants are sold in healthy condition at the time of purchase or shipment. Plants are living organisms and their success depends on proper care, planting, and environmental conditions after they leave our farm.

We are not responsible for plants that die, fail to thrive, or become damaged due to:

  • Improper planting, watering, or care
  • Unsuitable growing conditions (soil, climate, light, etc.)
  • Pests, diseases, or environmental factors after delivery
  • Delays in planting or improper storage

Please research the plants you purchase to ensure they are appropriate for your growing zone and conditions. We’re happy to answer questions before purchase to help you make informed decisions.

Dahlia Tubers — Refunds & Returns

Dahlia tubers are living, perishable plant material. All tuber sales are final and we do not accept returns.

If your tubers arrive damaged or unusable, email support@dynomitefarm.com within 24 hours of delivery and include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the tubers
  • Photos of packing materials
  • A photo of the shipping label on the box


If replacement inventory is available, we’ll replace the affected tuber(s). If not available, we may issue store credit or another resolution at our discretion. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returned/Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or being unclaimed, a 25% restocking fee may apply. Any re-shipment costs are the customer’s responsibility.

U-Cut Flower Experiences

No refunds. No cancellations.

If you can’t make it, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Please ensure they have your order details available at check-in.

Weather note: Our flower season typically isn’t rainy, but cool, foggy mornings happen—dress in layers. In the rare event Dynomite Farm cancels your appointment due to severe weather, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Liability

Farming involves natural variation and outdoor conditions. By visiting the farm, you accept normal risks associated with uneven ground, weather, insects, tools, and outdoor environments. Dynomite Farm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
