Frozen is a large creamy white informal decorative with 8 to 10-inch blooms and gently swirling petals. It comes from Swan Island’s Harvest Moonlight family and makes a dramatic statement in the garden.
Swan Island Dahlias introduced it in 2016. It is a strong grower that reaches about 4.5 feet, and it blooms later than most, but the big blooms are worth the wait. It shines as a garden and display flower rather than a vase flower. Every Frozen tuber we ship is grown, hand-divided and inspected at division here at Dynomite Farm in Santa Cruz.
