Hugs ‘n Kisses is a 3-inch formal decorative in smoky lavender, with a deep magenta-purple reverse on each petal. The petals roll slightly, so the darker backs show and give each bloom extra depth.
Swan Island Dahlias introduced it in 2004. Compact plants reach about 3.5 feet with fine, ferny foliage, making it an excellent garden plant as well as a good cut flower. Every Hugs ‘n Kisses tuber we ship is grown, hand-divided and inspected at division here at Dynomite Farm in Santa Cruz.
