Thank you for supporting Dynomite Farm, a sustainable flower farm and urban homestead in Santa Cruz. Here is how refunds and transfers work across what we offer.

U-Cut Flower Experiences and Companion Passes

All U-Cut Flower Experience reservations and Companion Passes are non-refundable. Life happens, though, and we want you to have your day in the flowers. If you can’t make your scheduled visit, you’re welcome to transfer it to another person or to a future available date. Just reach out and we’ll help you make the switch.

Dahlia Tubers

All tuber sales are final. Tubers are living plant material, and once they leave the farm we can’t control how they’re stored, handled, or planted. For that reason we don’t accept returns or offer refunds on tubers. We pack every order with care and ship via USPS Priority Mail.

If your tubers arrive damaged or rotted, contact us within 2 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
