At Dynomite Farm, the growing season runs almost year-round. Ranunculus fills the beds from late March through mid-May, offering soft, layered blooms in every shade of peach, rose, cream, and coral. Dahlias take over from late June through October, with over 100 varieties blooming across all 19 beds at peak season.

This year we planted 486+ dahlia plants across 102+ varieties — from small pompons to full dinner plates in deep burgundy, peachy gold, and soft lavender. Every variety is chosen because it is worth growing, worth seeing, and worth cutting.
We grow organically. No synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. Just good soil, careful attention, and flowers that are as healthy as they are beautiful.
Our U-Cut Flower Experience is a private, 90-minute visit to the farm. You walk the beds, choose your stems, cut your own bouquet, and take it home the same morning it was growing in the ground.

Each spring, Dynomite Farm offers dahlia tubers from our own curated collection. These are the same varieties we grow in our beds — trialed, selected, and dug by hand. Tuber sales open to members first, then to the public.

Dynomite Farm is located in a Santa Cruz neighborhood with dedicated parking and easy access from across the county. We are appointment-only — reservations are made online and confirmed automatically.
